What happens before payment?
1 You will be taken or go to the “UPLOAD” page.
2 You upload your documents and answer a few questions.
3 I review your documents and answers and give you a short comment within 5 days. This will either confirm the Landlord paperwork seems correct or suggest there are errors where your rights are being neglected.
4 If you then want to proceed you agree to pay the £90 fixed fee (no increases) and then receive a full written report of what errors we might see and how we might expect the case to go forward based on past experience. NO FEE if we cannot help at all.
